What is The Supporting World?

The Supporting World is a volunteer-run, non-profit community initiative helping professionals navigate the job market through peer support, mentorship, and referral networks.

We are not registered as a formal entity – we are registered in intent, in effort, and in impact. We do not charge job seekers. We do not pay contributors. We exist because people believe that the community has a responsibility to look after its own.

Behind every layoff statistic is a skilled person, a family, and an uncertain future. The Supporting World was founded to close the gap between talent and opportunity – through the most reliable network ever built: human beings who care.
